Getting Started with the Gutbiomics Platform

1. Visit the Gutbiomics website and choose the intake report
Start by visiting the Gutbiomics website and selecting the intake report that best suits your needs. Once you’ve made your selection, you will be redirected to the login or registration page.
2. Register for a new account

If you’re a new user, click on the registration option. You will be prompted to choose one of five different account types based on your role:

  • Patient
  • Sportsperson
  • Professional (sports agent or ambassador)
  • Team manager
  • Doctor
3. Enter your personal information

Fill in the required fields with your personal information, including your address, date of birth, email, phone number, and create a password for your account.

4. Specify your sports category (optional)

If you’re a professional player, select your sports category. If you’re not a professional player, you may leave this field blank.

5. Select your motives

Choose your motives from the drop-down menu. This information will help tailor the Gutbiomics platform to your specific needs and goals.

6. Complete the registration process

Click the “Register” button to create your Gutbiomics account.

7. Choose your sample kit and report type

You will be taken to the plan portal, where you can select the sample kit and report type that best fits your needs. For more details about each report, click the information button.

8. Make your payment and receive a confirmation email

After making your payment, you will receive a confirmation email to the email address associated with your account.

9. Access the Gutbiomics platform with 2-factor authentication

To sign in to the Gutbiomics platform, you will need to complete a 2-factor authentication process. An OTP (One-Time Password) will be sent to your email or mobile phone number. Enter the OTP to access your account and begin your personalized Gutbiomics journey.

Resetting Your Password

If you’ve forgotten your password or need to reset it for any reason, follow these simple steps:

  1. Go to the Gutbiomics login page and click on the “Forgot Password” link.
  2. Enter the email address associated with your Gutbiomics account.
  3. You will receive an email containing a password reset link. Click on the link provided.
  4. You will be redirected to a page where you can create a new password. Enter your new password and confirm it by entering it again in the designated field.
  5. Click on the “Reset Password” button to finalize the process.

You should now be able to log in to your Gutbiomics account using your new password.

The GutBiomics report generation typically takes two weeks from the time your sample is received. Track the progress of your sample and receive updates on the status through your customer dashboard’s “Follow Kits” tab.

1. What is the typical time frame for the multiomics analysis of my sample?

The multiomics analysis begins as soon as we receive your sample. Under normal circumstances, it takes approximately two weeks for the analysis to be completed and for your Gutbiomics report to be generated.

2. How can I check the status of my sample?

You can track the status of your sample through your Gutbiomics customer dashboard. To access this, log in to your account and navigate to the top right corner, where you’ll find the “Follow Kits” tab.

3. What happens if my sample is of insufficient quality or quantity?

If we find that your sample is inadequate in terms of quality or quantity, we will notify you via email. In this case, we will send you a new Gutbiomics kit for you to collect and submit a new sample. Please note that this may extend the report generation time frame.

4. Will I be informed of any delays in the report generation process?

Yes, we will email any potential delays in the report generation process. This includes scenarios where we encounter technical issues or natural disasters that may impact our ability to complete your analysis on time.

5. What should I do if I have additional questions or concerns about my Gutbiomics report generation time frame?
